Christian Books & Gifts is a Kentucky domiciled business.
Payment
By selecting a product, you agree to pay Christian Books & Gifts the payment indicated (additional payment terms may be included in other communications). We accept credit and debit cards for payment.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated on checkout and shipped via UPS the Buyer's chosen method (standard economy or priority mail). All orders are shipped within 3-business days. Tracking is provided and can be found under "your account" information. Shipping can be delayed during peak seasons. If you have any questions about shipping contact us.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days. The item can be returned for any reason but must be in an unopened and unused package as when received. Damaged items may or may not be returned at our discretion. We may ask for pictures confirming the damage. All damaged items receive a replacement when warranted. For more information, see our return policy.
Lost In The Mail
We do not replace or refund items that are reported as lost in the mail. We provide a tracking number so we will know where and when it was delivered.
Taxes
We charge Kentucky sales tax at 6% for those Buyers who have a residence in Kentucky.

Return and Refund Policy
Please take a few minutes to check your order. Make sure to check for smaller items in the corners of your box or inside of larger items. If there is any damage or missing items please let us know right away, by contacting us.
Please include your name, address, invoice number, who picked, who packed, (should be stamped on your packing slip) and a picture of the item (if needed). Do you want a replacement, store credit, or a refund?
All returns should have "RETURNS DEPT and RMA #." written clearly on the outside of the box. Inside the box, include the order number that you are referring to so that we can properly credit your account. Christian Books & Gifts accepts returned items that are in resalable condition and purchased less than 30 days ago. Refused orders that are returned will be charged return shipping plus a $2.00 fee. Filing of damage claims or missing package claims with the shipping provider (UPS, US Postal Service, Fed Ex, Etc…) will be the responsibility of Christian Books & Gifts.
